[Bug 179418] akregator.desktop has wrong character encoding

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu 7.10, akregator_4:3.5.7enterprise20070926-0ubuntu2 package

akregator.desktop file has wrong character encoding, e.g. GenericName[hu]=RSS hírolvasó instead of
GenericName[hu]=RSS hírolvasó. It seems like an ISO-8859-1 -> UTF-8 convesion by accident.
