Konqueror 3.5.8. I am opening the webbrowsing profile and it always
opens up with 4 tabs. I set it up this way and enjoy it. the thing is,
if I don't launch Konqueror directly and launch it through an external
link and if it isn't already on the current desktop, it opens with x
amount of blank tabs and the last one I believe is replaced by the
external link.
