[Bug 176052] python-dcop fails to connect if at first dcopserver didn't start

Public bug reported:

If python-dcop makes a call when dcopserver is not start, it will no
longer make any method calls after starting dcopserver.

Here is an example. I was using python and dcop to get the playlist of
amarok.

(At first amarok and dcopserver was not running.)
