[Bug 174238] kpdf needs better image scaling

Binary package hint: kpdf

Images scaled up in kpdf appear to use a nearest-neighbor method which
produces very strong aliasing, particularly for line diagrams. A simple
linear interpolation would be a reasonable alternative..  I assume this
is handled by poppler, but evince does not have this problem.

I'll attach an example screenshot.
