[Bug 173569] KDE does not respond to PrintScreen key

Binary package hint: kdebase-bin

KDE seems to no longer respond to my PrintScreen key. I have the key assigned via
  System Settings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Global Shortcuts -> Desktop Screenshot
The "Window Screenshot" shortcut does not work either. One easy workaround is to remove this key assignment and assign PrintScreen to start ksnapshot under "Command Shortcuts".
