[Bug 40047] Re: konqueror tries to open a binary file with kate that has .aiz extension

This bug just seems to get worse and worse as things go on... what is
wrong?  Why do I need a windows computer to get linux related downloads?
Who ever runs kde-look.org, getdeb.net, and every other linux download
site needs to be banned from the internet!

For right now, is there a way to get konqueror to never ever ever ever
ever ever ever not provide a "Save link as" option?
