[Bug 134936] Nvidia driver needs to be reinstalled after installing KDE based programs

Binary package hint: amarok

Whenever I install a KDE based program such as Amarok, Krusader, Kerry
Beagle, etc, after a reboot, X fails and I need to reinstall the Nvidia
drivers.  I am using Gusty Beta 5 with Compiz.

Nvidia 8800GTS
Dual Core AMD 4200
2gb of ram
74gb Western Digital Raptor
Soundblaster Audigy2
ASUS motherboard, (unsure of model as it's not labeled)

This is my first bug report, so I apologize if my information is lacking
or I am not clear on what's going on.  Thank you guys for such a
wonderful OS!  If I can be of further assistance or you would like more
information, please feel free to contact me.
