[Bug 134282] CPU Frequency - Incorrect Display

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I use Lenovo N3000 laptop with Intel Celeron M processor. It must have a
CPU frequency of 2+ GHz, but when I hover mouse over the battery icon on
my Kubuntu panel it shows CPU frequency as 0 Mhz rather than 2000+ MHz.

I use Kubuntu 7.04.19 , Fiesty Fawn.
