[Bug 131953] Knetworkmanager not initialize wireless network

Sometimes after suspend/resume cycle Knetworkmanager not initialize
wireless network. When this bug is occurs i must suspend/resume cycle
and knetworkmanager reinitialize wireless network correctly. When
enable/disable wireless network key is pressed knetworkmanager also not
initialize wireless network (bluetooth works correctly) Im using HP-
NX7400  laptop with Core 2 duo 7400 processor. This is lspci and lsusb
