[Bug 131606] kAlarm fails to start in Ubuntu 6.10

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kalarm

used Add/Remove panel to install kAlarm. It was installed, but not added
to Applications:Accessories menu. When I added it myself to the
Accessories menu, it works as it should, except it doesn't start when
computer starts up. Tried to add S99alarm in /etc/rc2.d directory that
calls /usr/bin/kalarm, doesn't start it either. Added it to taskbar to
make it easier to start, but it is supposed to start when computer is
rebooted.
