[Bug 54526] Re: Mounting remote Samba shares does not work correctly

I can confirm that smbfs is not installed on a new Ubuntu Feisty
installation which prevents mounting samba shares.

The very helpful kernel error is:

CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -22
