[Bug 108892] Re: customized konqueror menus get changed back to kubuntu default version on each konqueor update

Here is a patch for the above bug report. Changes were made to the
postrm and postinst scripts.

It works like the following: konqueor.rc is now a symlink. It only gets
created if /usr/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc doesn't exist. In this
case it is linked to konq-simplebrowser.rc. No action is performed if
the file exists already.

When the konqueror package gets *removed*, the link *gets not* removed.
If the konqueror package gets *purged*, then the link *gets* removed.

P.S.: This is my first patch. Please let me know if there's something I
could do better next time. :-)
