[Bug 106943] Changeing theme can cause wakky efects in loading bar

Binary package hint: adept-updater

After changing the theme a few times i then noticed that the loading
bars in the update manager had... well kind of jammed, The percent
downloaded keeps changing but by the looks of it just keeps adding the
new % on top of the the previous ones. So by the end you all the numbers
from 1-100 on top of each other. See screen Shot
