[Bug 104604] Re: [feisty][kubuntu]Konqueror don't show navigation bar

I deleted ~/.kde/share/config/konquerorrc twice, no change.  The
toolbars cannot be added, and the menu bar is missing some options, and
the options are in the wrong order.  Ironically, Dolphin is already
pretty useful (about as good as Windoze Explorer.
