[Bug 106880] "view mode" menu item missing from konqueror

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

In the latest install of Feisty, the "view / view mode" menu item is
missing from konqueror. The view menu contains: icon size; sort;
preview; show hidden files; folder icons reflect contents.

This is really annoying...ideally it can be fixed before the official
release.
