[Bug 105702] Missing Menu Option (Load View Profile)

Binary package hint: konqueror

According to the documentation in the setting on View Profiles one of
the stages to creating a custom one is to goto...

"Settings->Load View Profile->Web Browsing"

The Load View option is missing, but the "Save View Profile, Web
Browsing" one mentioned further down is there.

This is on Feisty with all the latest updates applied.
