Thanks for your comment. Ubuntu gets its translations from Rosetta <http://launchpad.net/rosetta>, where translation teams work on making Ubuntu more useful in their language. However translations in Rosetta will not immediately uploaded to Ubuntu. So it's probably that translations were done in Rosetta but not yet uploaded in Ubuntu.
At the moment I close this report. Feel free to report any other problems.
