[Bug 103864] [apport] artsd crashed with SIGSEGV in Arts::Dispatcher::terminate()

apport told me artsd crashed and asked if I wanted to report it, so I
said yes. :)

This happened after a fresh reboot of the box and login, though the last
session was acting extremely weird on me and I was forced to kill X via
ctrl-alt-backspace.
