[Bug 103394] Re: broken translations in Kubuntu Feisty (daily langpack)

This is caused by the kdelibs.pot files in rosetta not containing the
common_text.cpp strings from kde.pot.  I can't work out why this is,
building locally it includes those strings and the build lots indicate
that kde.pot is merged into kdelibs.pot in the most recent feisty build.
