[Bug 95521] Re: kasbar panel doesn't work properly

Here is a snapshot of my  desktop. Note that  I have disable the icons on
the desktop and  I have placed my menu bar verically on the left and my
kasbar vertically on the right.

In the screenshot it is possible to see at least the following problems:
- the load meter is not any more at the top of the column
- the animation used as launch feedback has been done in a wrong box
- the wrong box used during the launch feedback has remained dirty
