[Bug 93193] Re: Kopete is not translated in french in feisty

Got it translated to Brazillian Portuguese by setting Country to Brazil and (automatically) language to Brazillian Portuguese in System Settings > Region and Language before install feisty beta. Then, installation downloaded and installed the PT-BR Translation package, as used to happen by selecting a language in the old Language Support item in K Menu.
I believe it shouldn't be necessary to make these settings on Region and Language, once I already tell may country and language to kubuntu installer (actually, I think System Settings' Region and Language should take my country, language and alike settings from the installation).
