[Bug 99854] kdeinit crashes after bug report application fails to send report (due to no network connnectivity)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdelibs

The new bug report application was sending a report about a previous
oops crash. It failed due to network connectivity after the failure
dialog kdeinit crashed again and caused this report. It does not seem to
fit in reported bugs, but I am not 100% sure. The system is not fully
stable after the upgrade from edgy since I am still tweaking it.
