[Bug 61676] KWin use 100% cpu when switching desktop

When I'm switching desktop sometimes kwin use 100% CPU. 
It seems that it happens when I move to some desktop for the first time.

I use up2date Kubuntu Dapper.
Kernel 2.6.15-27-686
IBM R60 Core Duo T2400 / 1GB RAM / ATI X1400 with fglrx drivers.
