[Bug 61540] man:xorg.conf doesn't display in konqueror

Binary package hint: konqueror

this should be actually one those kio packages (I don't know which one
of these exactly displays a man page in konqueror)

so basically if I type "man:xorg.conf" into konqeror address box it
doesn't show up and kio-man process goes  crazy using >90% cpu
