[Bug 61274] Difficulty installing new wallpapers, Amarok scripts, or Superkaramba Themes

Public bug reported:

Using Kubuntu Dapper with kde-3.5.4
When using the "Get New Stuff" download dialog in Superkaramba, Amarok's Script Manager's "Get New Scripts", and KDesktop's "Get New Wallpapers" I am unable to use the "Latest" or "Most Downloads" tabs as no info is downloaded or displayed.

However, using "Highest Rated" works just fine
