[Bug 61028] show desktop function works only till one window will open

Public bug reported:

The show desktop button (in kicker) minimizes all windows. these windows should stay minimized until the user press the button again or manually maximizes them (according to the KDE manual).
But: if a new windows is opened *all* minimized windows will open.

Found in current Dapper Drake on multiple machines
