[Bug 60379] (Kubuntu) KDE system settings list of problems

Public bug reported:

I have these problems with KDE system settings:

1. When I select System Services, I get this:

  in kcontrol it isn't functional too

2. When I select Regional & Accessibility -> Keybord Shortcuts -> Command Shortcuts, it craches and I get this backtrace:

  in kcontrol it is functional

3. I set colors via Appearance -> Colors to color scheme Next
  it seems, that it doesn't use correctly colors defined in "Window Text" and "Selected Text" (in KDE 3.5.3 it wasn't doing that)

4. It is impossible choose some item with the help of keyboard
