Well I did some space calculations.

Remove:
karm - I suspect low popularity
katapult - it's severely broken. See bug #57737

OK I realize that the above two removals are unlikely. Here are some
better suggestions:

1. Replace OpenOffice with KOffice. KOffice is much smaller and offers
all important functionality needed.

2. If that is not possible, then at least remove:
openoffice help
openoffice thesaurus

This will definitely free up about 20 MB.

After that, add at least some of the following relatively small
packages:

KDE Accessibility:
 kmag
 kmousetool

KDE Edu:
 kbruch
 kig
 kmplot
 kpercentage
 ktouch
 kturtle

KDE Games:
 kasteroids
 kmahjongg
 kpat
 ksnake

KDE Toys;
 amor
 eyesapplet
 fifteenapplet
 kworldclock
