[Bug 60084] KMail should have a menu item in Kubuntu default install

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kmail

Currently, though KMail is installed with the Kubuntu default install,
we are expected to access KMail via Kontact. This is not intuitive.

The new Kubuntu user will search for "KMail" or "Mail Client" under the
Internet menu, and when he finds nothing, he thinks Kubuntu is crippled
and maybe goes to another distro.

KMail should have its own menu item in KMenu in the default install of
Kubuntu. I hope we can have this done for Edgy, though the feature
freeze is close.
