[Bug 59874] Qt 4.1.2, serious bugs

Public bug reported:

I am a developer of a Qt 4 based application and these two bugs prevent
me from linking to dapper's Qt 4.1.2. An update to the latest version
(4.1.4 at this time) would fix the issues. Edgy already includes Qt
4.1.4.
