[Bug 59435] Default Applications duplicates Component Chooser in kcontrol

In kcontrol, under KDE Components, two of the applets, Component Chooser
and Default Applications, are duplicates of each other.  They contain
the same options, and changing one of them changes both of them.  One
should be removed.
