[Bug 58934] KDE Wireless Assistant has permission problems with dhclient

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

Wireless Assistant 0.5.5, running on Ubuntu Dapper Drake with kubuntu-
desktop installed.

When run under Gnome it doesn't have the permissions to run dhcpclient.

Syslog:
Aug 31 20:52:20 localhost dhclient: Can't create /var/run/dhclient.pid: Permission denied

Wireless Assistant just reports connection failed.
