[Bug 58613] Problem with libtag

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: amarok

While scanning my collection it stops telling me there is a problem with
some files, and it tells me that this problem often comes from a broken
taglib.

I have reinstalled taglib but it did not help.

I don't have a collection, and so katapult cannot communicate with
Amarok and such.

I am on Kubuntu edgy, up to date.
