[Bug 58566] amarok fails to start up, looping in sqlite library

Binary package hint: amarok

after a regular update to this dapper powerpc system, amarok fails to
start up, looping infinitely with the following output to stderr:

the amarok-arts package is broken, incidentally:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:

because of an straight equality test for a specific version of the
package. The only action required to reproduce this bug on powerpc is to
start the application, which never arises, and which consumes 100% of
the cpu until it is killed. Start from the commandline to see the output
to stderr.
