[Bug 58552] Mounting Problems in Kubuntu Edgy after the Xserver is restarted

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu Edgy works just fine after it boots and all my partitions are
mounted.

However if I log out and press CTRL+ALT+Backspace and log in I notice
that only my / and /home partition are mounted.

If I try to mount the partitions by clicking on their icons I get
Konqueror complaining that "An unknown error occured".

Of course rebooting solves the problem.

The only solution I've found (without rebooting) is that of typing:
sudo mount -a

This leads me to think that there might be authorisation problems after
the Xserver is restarted.

** Affects: kubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
