[Bug 69561] Mediamanager in kde 3.5.5 does not honour automount setting

Public bug reported:

Removable devices gets always mounted regardless of what is selected in
"properties->mounting->automatically mount" (default: unchecked). Tested
on both Dapper (with kde 3.5.5) and Edgy. Until kde 3.5.4 default
behaviour was that media devices were shown on the desktop without
actually mounting anything; but right-clicking on devices and checking
"properties->mounting->automatically mount" worked as expected.
