[Bug 41824] session pam_env missing in /etc/pam.d/kdm

Public bug reported:

For users that are authenticated with winbind (pam_winbind) the file
/etc/environment is not sourced and therefore the variables LANG,
LANGUAGE and PATH are not set. This bug is resolved by adding the line

session required pam_env.so readenv=1

on to of the file /etc/pam.d/kdm
