[Bug 68659] sound doesnt work in Kubuntu Edgy

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: arts

After update to Kubuntu Edgy Arts is freezing computer and then I got a
popup box telling me "Sound server fatal error: cpu overload, aborting".
Arts now isn't running, after while atrs starts again freezes computer
and disappers. Sound is partially working or not workin at all.
