  Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings
  
  systemsettings -> user management -> the module "user management could
  not be loaded", with possible diagnostics listed. Above it speaks of
  Admin permissions required, but that doesn't change things, and once
  again -- the module fails to load. Terminal output:
