[Bug 66915] kde hal configuration for removable devices

Public bug reported:

Since kde 3.5.4 kde manage hal rules for removable devices. It worked
when i was under dapper but in edgy it doesn't work. I've try with kde
3.5.4 and kde 3.5.5 and it still doesn't work.

This properties dialog is accessible by right click on a devices in
/media/ and helps to select mount point for device and rules for this
mount.

Any changes in this dialog as no effect since edgy.
