[Bug 66362] Equation Solver not enabled in Kalzium

Binary package hint: kalzium

The Kalzium shipped with Dapper and Edgy don't have the equationsolver
enabled. You can see the feature in action in this screenshot:

As stated in several places, the packager just needs OCaml and libfacile
installed on _compiletime_, this is _not_ a runtime dependency. In
Debian, this feature is enabled (I was told), and both compiletime-debs
exist as deb-packages.
