Sorry but thats wrong - the default in breezy and dapper was to have no
view button - not three buttons, and also not one button. You only could
choose it from the menu.. Since Edgy it is available.

The screenshot is NOT the former Kubuntu default - I only want to make
that clear. Perhaps you have done the procedure displayed above, but
right after installation you have.
