[Bug 65791] DPMS timeout restored incorrectly on login

Public bug reported:

every time after logging in, DPMS is restored 60 times longer than
before. For example, 2 minutes turns into 2 hours, 5 minutes turns into
5 hours, and so on.

displayconfig-restore is setting the correct value, and it stays all the
way through all the Xsession.d scripts, but something later on in KDE
setup is doing the multiplication.


This is extremely irritating for laptop users.
