[Bug 65685] "About Kubuntu" missing "wonderful-linux.html"

When I launch Firefox, it loads:

file:///usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/index.html

But if I try to click on any of the "The Wonderful World of Linux"
links, "wonderful-linux.html" is missing.
