[Bug 64824] Some sites with frames don't display properly in Konqueror

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

On Kubuntu Edgy Beta, some sites with frames do not display properly in
Konqueror 3.5.4. An example of a page is http://forum.ship-of-fools.com.

The main forum is meant to display in the big frame, but displays in the
top frame instead. This also happens with some other sites that use
frames, but does not occur in Firefox 2b2.
