I can confirm this as happening as well in Edgy.  Some of the icons are
in English, some are in the language you set it to, then some are just
missing all together it seems.  Here is a URL of my screenshot:

Hopefully this helps and gets fixed soon for those that are in need of
it all being translated properly.
