[Bug 63562] Konqueror + Kate = Weirdness

Binary package hint: konqueror

After opening a file using Kate in a Konqueror tab, new tabs are started
with Kate, not KHTML, so instead of seeing a web page, I see the source.

To reproduce:
1. Using Konqueror, browse to a directory containing text files (e.g. http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/edgy/)
2. Right-click on a text file (e.g. Release) and choose "Preview in Advanced Embedded Text Editor".
3. Open a new tab.
4. Open a web page using this new tab.
5. Try to figure out how to get back to KHTML, get frustrated and try to be helpful by filing a bug report.
