[Bug 16269] Re: KPPP fails to connect.

While creating localized Russian distro for distribution inmy native town, I've implemented the two workarounds:
1. Commented out 'auth' line in /etc/ppp/options
2. Created an empty /etc/resolv.conf file

So far I've encountered no errors or side-effects, everything works
fine, including different scripts.
