  When typing in any program and running Amarok, the On Screen Display
  will cover the text and will not allow the user to see what they are
  typing. This is on a Edgy Ubuntu system running GNOME  2.16.1 and Amarok
  1.4.4.

+ Upon further investigation, this issue has to do with how Amarok's OSD
+ handles tranparency, it isn't a real transparency but a "mini snapshot"
+ of the background that is held in the OSD until the OSD vanishes.
