[Bug 73480] Problems with manual in KHelpCenter

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: akregator

Navigate to Application Manuals -> Internet -> Akregator in Help and
this is displayed: " Could not find filename akregator.html in
file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en//akregator/akregator.html."

However if I open up akregator and click on help -> Akregator Handbook
help center opens up and displays the brief not finished Handbook.  I
don't know if this is an upstream problem as currently Kubuntu is my
only distribution running.
